At ACACIA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our signature swim and resort wear. We offer returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags and hygiene liners intact within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all ACACIA tags and liners are attached, and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
